About OSS Labs

OSS Labs is a small group of engineers building and maintaining open source developer tools. No investors, no growth targets, no enterprise sales pipeline. Just careful work, done in public.

Each project starts from a real problem encountered while building software. Scope stays tight, code gets reviewed thoroughly, and contributors who show good judgment get invited in. If that's how work should feel, the repos are open.

How it works

Solve real problems

Every project here exists because someone needed it badly enough to build it. Trends don't get chased, and working code doesn't get rewritten because a new framework dropped.

Small is a feature

Libraries that do one thing well beat frameworks that do everything adequately. Less code means fewer bugs, faster reviews, and simpler upgrades.

Earn the keys

Write code, review PRs, help with issues. Do all three consistently and commit access follows. No hiring committee, no politics.

Get involved

Star the repos, open an issue, submit a PR. Good contributions get noticed, and good contributors get commit access.
